Booking Policy & Payments

 

Workshops and Entertainment for Birthday Parties/Events

We accept PayPal and major credit cards including American Express, EFTPOS Australia, Mastercard, Visa, China UnionPay (CUP), and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB). A $150 deposit is due at the time of booking and final payment is due 7 days prior to your event date (an invoice will be sent through email with the remaining amount prior to the due date payment).

All invoices must be paid in full up to 7 days prior to your event to guarantee Mini Giants attending your event.

 

School Holidays Workshops

We accept PayPal and major credit cards including American Express, EFTPOS Australia, Mastercard, Visa, China UnionPay (CUP), and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB). The ticket fee for the session chosen is due at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

All deposit payments are non-refundable.

 

Workshops and Entertainment for Birthday Parties/Events

If the full amount has been paid and there are more than 2 weeks before the event date, we can reschedule your event to another date suitable for you and the Mini Giants team members.

We are unable to refund within the 2 weeks before your event date. The full amount will be forfeited. We hope this never has to happen.

If you have accidentally put an order through, we are more than happy to refund you within 48 hours.

 

School Holidays Workshops

Any cancellations or changes to the School Holiday Workshops bookings will need to be made online one week prior to the dates required for your child to attend. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted after this date.

Additional Fees

 

When you book Mini Giants workshops/entertainment for birthday parties or events, travel fees are determined by the distance from the CBD according to Google Maps and are calculated at $1 per km.

 

Prohibited Conduct Policy

 

Mini Giants does not tolerate any type of workplace violence committed by or against our workers. For the purposes of this policy, our workplace extends to the premises at which we are providing entertainment and includes any and all communications such as phone calls, emails and text messages. Examples of such behaviour include but are not limited to, being verbally abusive or making any kind of threat, yelling, swearing or speaking disrespectfully, displaying aggressive or hostile behaviour that creates a reasonable fear of injury to another person or subjects another individual to emotional distress, intentionally damaging property or personal items, committing acts motivated by, or related to, sexual harassment, causing any type of physical injury to another person.

 

Limitations on Liability

 

You agree that Mini Giants will not in any way be liable to you or to any other person for any damage, loss or injury suffered by yourself or any other persons while participating in the event, however such damage, loss or injury, may be caused, whether by our act, default, omission or negligence and you agree to indemnify Mini Giants in respect of such injury, loss or damage.

 

You agree that while Mini Giants may assist by making arrangements for hire of other equipment, including but not limited to Jumping Castles, Petting Zoos, Pony Rides, Inflatables, Mechanical Rides, Soft Play Equipment and Fairy Floss, Popcorn and Snow Cone Machines, Mini Giants is entering into agreements with those suppliers on behalf of you and you agree to indemnify Mini Giants in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by any child or event guest in relation to such equipment.
